My Disposable Paper was created because I was a student in a culinary arts school, and I was not too fond of all the steps of cleaning, sanitizing, sterilizing the cutting boards after each meal course. So I thought it would be great if I had a durable product to cut and process food that eliminated the cleaning and sanitizing without cutting through the paper. There came my idea of the disposable cutting paper.
